Richard Chistopher Honsinger, 84, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Delores Ann Harlow Honsinger, died Sat., Nov. 15, 2014, at his home. Born Oct. 13, 1930, in Binghamton, NY, he was the son of the late Robert M. and Ann (Wengar) Honsinger. He was a retired Drive-In Theater Manager, member of the Cornishville Baptist Church, and was an Army Veteran of WWII. Richard was a lifetime member of the VFW, DAV, American Legion, DVA, and Paralyzed Veterans of America. Other survivors include: three step sons, Bobby (Julie) Young of Georgetown, KY, James (Mary) Young of Okeechobee, FL, and Jeffrey (Debbie) Young of Harrodsburg, KY; three siblings, Gloria Mione, Mary Jane Milenda, and Robert L. Honsinger, all of New York; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Mark King. Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville. Visitation will be 12 noon Tuesday until the hour of service.
