William "Dennis" Cocanougher, 42, Harrodsburg, husband of Carin Renee Richards Cocanougher, Harrodsburg, died Monday, May 23, 2016. Born April 2, 1974, in Danville, he was the son of William D. and Ruth Ann (Keeling) Cocanougher, Harrodsburg. He was a Cable Tech for Time Warner Cable, was a graduate of Central KY Vo Tech, and was a member of the Hedgeville Baptist Church, Danville. Dennis was active in Mercer Co. Little League Baseball, as well as Mercer Co. Middle School and High School Baseball. Other survivors include: one daughter, Bella Marie Cocanougher, Harrodsburg; four sons, Austin Wayne (Kelli Ingram) Cocanougher, Noah Joseph Cocanougher, Mason Lee Cocanougher, and Kain Zayden Cocanougher, all of Harrodsburg; grandmother, Eunice Cocanougher, Harrodsburg; Uncles, Burce and Mike Keeling, and Jimmy Cocanougher; aunt, Jana Harbolt; father-in-law, Larry Richards; sister-in-law, Terri Marksbury; brother-in-law, Chad Richards; godson, Jacob Click; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 11 AM Friday, May 27, 2016, at the Immanuel Baptist Church, Danville, by Scott Bugg and Jimmy Byrd. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Thursday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg. Memorials are suggested to: MCSHS Baseball Program, C/O Mercer Co.
