Charles David Wheeler, 70, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Shirley Phillips Wheeler, Harrodsburg, died Friday, July 15, 2016, at the Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born September 22, 1945, in Casey Co., he was the son of the late Raymond and Minnalee (Bartle) Wheeler. He was a retired ATR machine operator, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the Lancaster Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: one son, Charles David Wheeler, Jr., Harrodsburg; two brothers, Johnny Wheeler of Gravel Switch, and Jim Bartle of OK.
Funeral services 2PM Wed., July 20, 2016 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Rick Bolton. Burial with military honors will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation 5-8PM Tues., Ransdell's.
Pallbearers will be Rick Westerfield, John Wheeler, Charlie Hensley, Gary Sanford, Jim Bartle and John Wheeler, Jr..
