Lillyann Marie Maddox, Harrodsburg, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
Born December 29, 2016, in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of Hagan Andrew Maddox and Brittany Faith Smith, Harrodsburg.
Other survivors: one brother, Blake Allen Smith, Harrodsburg; grandparents, Ronnie "Mac" and Nancy Jean Smith, Missy (Late Jimmy) Maddox, all of Harrodsburg; great grandparents, James and Mildred Maddox,Harrodsburg, Bill and Bobbie Wren, Lexington, Linda Osborne, Owenton. Preceded in death by great grandparents, Ronnie "Mac" Smith Sr., Doris and Hanley Peavler.
Services 2PM Sunday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Ronnie Ping. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation 12-2PM Sunday, chapel.
Pallbearers: Ronnie "Mac" Smith, Dustin Maddox, Eli Maddox, Noah Smith and Blake Smith.
