Teresa Luttrell Evich, 61, Georgetown, KY, wife of Joseph Gerard Evich, died Thursday, September 2, 2021, at the Bourbon Community Hospital, Paris. Born October 20, 1959, in Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Estill Max and Alice Corine (Hoskins) Luttrell.
Survivors include: her husband; Joseph Evich, a daughter: Tonya Michelle Jolly of Georgetown, KY and two sons: Larry Wayne Courtney of Lexington, KY and Jeffery Max Treadway of Nicholasville, KY and five grandchildren: Chyanne, Ciarra, William, Savana, Gavin; sisters-in-law Rita Luttrell, Sarah Luttrell, Judy Luttrell; nieces Kayla Jo Haste, Shauna Williams, Jamie Lynn Shrout. In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by: brothers; Estill Perry, Kenneth and Darrell Luttrell, niece Terri Foster and nephew; Estill Perry Luttrell Jr..
Visitation will be: 5-8 pm Monday; Sept 6, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Funeral services, conducted by Steve Allen, will be 12 pm Tuesday, Sept 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Lexington, KY.
Pallbearers will be, Larry Courtney, Jeffery Treadway, Chyanne Owens, Hobie Haste, Steven Gilliam and Scott Gross. Jesse Pattison to serve as Honorary Pallbearer
