Anita Vinning, 88, widow of Jack Vinning, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Anita Vinning, 88, widow of Jack B. Vinning, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Born November 26, 1934, in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late John Willis and Rosa Lee (Claunch) Jones. She was a retired Clerical Worker for IBM Inc., then later for the Fayette County Schools, and she was a member of the Fourth Avenue Baptist Church of Louisville.

Survivors include: two daughters, Janice (Mark) Henry of Russell Springs and Karen (Scot) Gill of Lexington; three grandchildren, Terri Tinnell, Amanda Henry and Jack Gill; two great grandchildren, Raegan Tinnell and Henry Tinnell.

Graveside services will be conducted by Lynn Releford at 2:00 PM, May 4, 2023, at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion, Harrodsburg, KY.
