Gary Mitchell Lake, age 63, husband of Lisa Gail Whitenack, of Willisburg died Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Born March 24, 1961 in Marion, KY, to the late Buford D. and the late Linda Pearl (Divine) Lake. Gary was a Baptist and spent majority of his life Farming. He enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids and friends.

He is survived by his wife: Lisa Gail Lake, one daughter: Linda LeAnn Lake and three sons: Mitchell McKinley Lake, Jamie Lynn Lake, and Levi Thomas (Hailey) Lake; one brother: Terry (Kim) Lake; five grandchildren; Anthony Dean (Heather) Cook, Ellie Elizabeth Devine, Anna Sofia Lake, Lucia Jude Lake and Teddy Ameilia Lake; Nephew, Jason Lake; two Niece’s, Tara Lake and Sarah (Andrew) Lake Rodriguez. three Great Nieces; Kaylee, Phoebe and Payton Lake.

Funeral Services will be 1pm on Tuesday March 11, 2025 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington Street, Harrodsburg KY, 40330. Burial will follow in Battle Cemetery, Washington Co. KY. Visitation will be Monday evening from 4pm-8pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.

Pallbearers are Mike Lake, Clint Bugg, Billy Bugg, Bryan Litteral, Jim Cook and Charlie Whitenack.

Memorials have been suggested to a charity of one’s choice in Gary’s memory.
