Ruby Elizabeth (Garner) Howard, age 86, of Salvisa took her heavenly flight, Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Lexington Country Place in Lexington, KY. Born August 31, 1938 in Lincoln County, KY to the late Charles R. and Verla Mae (Roberts) Garner. Ruby was a homemaker/farmer and a member of Salvisa Christian Church.
She is survived by three daughters: Beverly Jo Lang of LA, Lisa Cloyd of Salvisa, KY and Pamela Hisoire of Richmond, KY, and two sons: John (Denise) Howard of Georgetown, KY and James Howard of Burgin, KY. Grandchildren: Amanda Jarvis, Lea Middleton, Lena Burgin, Margaret Wilkins, Sarah Barnett, Diana Cloyd, Danielle Jarrett, Catherine Frazier, John Hisoire, Chase Vinyard Reynolds, Levi Howard, Mattie Mae Hisoire, Ryan Howard, and Alayna Howard. Great Grandchildren: Mila and Sadie Coffey, Robert Middleton, Ruby Burgin, Walker, Revel and Smith Wilkins, Charlie and Hugh Barnett, Alyssa, Makenna and Jack Jarrett, Emory and Olivia Frazier.
She is preceded in death by one son, Joseph Curtis Howard, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at the Salvisa Christian Church, 155 Sugar St, Salvisa, KY 40372, Sunday
April 13th 2025 at 2pm.
