Charles (Chuck )R. Phillips, age 67, of Harrodsburg KY, formerly of Junction City, KY, died at home Friday ,June 20, 2025. Born December 11, 1957, he was the youngest son of the late Ralph Phillips Sr. (Slo) and the late Elsie Mann Phillips.

He is survived by: two brothers, David R. Phillips (Mary Jo) and Thomas R. Phillips (Micki) of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Ruthie Whyde (Larry) of Indianapolis and Rita Isham (Bubby) of Harrodsburg; one son, Brad Johnson of Junction City; numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a special friend and loving caregiver, Sue Williams.

Chuck was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Phillips, Jr. and Robert Ross Phillips, and a sister, Nancy Cornish.

Friends are welcome to join the family for a graveside service at Danville Memorial Gardens, Danville KY, 2:00 pm, Tuesday, June 24th, with nephew Leigh Lance officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers are Mike Sinkhorn, and nephews, Greg Phillips, Barry Phillips, Nick Phillips, Larry Whyde Jr., Ray Phillips, Robby Phillips, Hunter Phillips and Ryan Coatney.
