Donna Lee Russell, age 68, of Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Donald Russell, died Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Harrodsburg Health & Rehab of Harrodsburg, KY. Donna was born July 4, 1957 to the late Sarah Lee (Yocum) Phillips.

She was a retired Transcriptionist for Haggin Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Ellers Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors other than her husband include cousins Lona Reynolds and Vicky (Paul Wayne) Peavler, Mercer Co., KY.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion, 529 North Greenville Street, Harrodsburg, KY with Rick Bolton officiating.
