Howard Henry Zartman, age 95, husband of Mary Mae (Blystone) Zartman, of Harrodsburg died Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Stanford Crossing in Stanford, KY. Born July 29, 1930 in El Dorado Springs, MO, to the late Charles and Anna (Hlavacek) Zartman. He was a member of Church of Christ in Lady Lake FL for many years and a current member of Versailles Church of Christ. Howard retired from 3M, Nevada MO, was a Dairy Farmer and worked at Page Theus Funeral Home in Leesburg, FL.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Mae (Blystone) Zartman , four daughters: Kelly (Ricky) Vaught, Janice Crowe, Vannessa (Troy) Luthi and Lana (Jay) Doyle, and one son: Roger (Cheryl) Zartman; eighteen grandchildren; Michelle, Sonja, Christine, Carrie Anna, Guthrie, Christopher, Melissa, Maranda, Jordan, Jenny, Matthew, Jacob, Mark, Mary, Julia, James, Tara and Ryan; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his one brother.
A graveside service with military honors will be Friday October 3, 2025 at 2:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with Derek Summerel officiating, family and friends are invited to follow in the funeral procession leaving Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg KY, at 1:45pm.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Stanford Crossing Nursing Home in Stanford KY.
