Mary Elizabeth Langford, age 93, of Harrodsburg, KY, widow of Robert Langford, died Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Willows – Harrodsburg. Mary was born November 25, 1931 in Danville, KY to the late Obie and Betty Jane (Montgomery) Worthington.

She was a retired employee of the Bright Leaf Golf Resort and had worked as a clerk at Richardson’s IGA. Mary formerly attended Immanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter, Charlotte (Leroy) Bratcher of Campbellsville, KY; two sons, Larry (Debbie) Langford of Danville, KY and Steve (Beverly) Langford of Danville, KY; one sister, Betty Lou Derringer of Harrodsburg, KY; eight grandchildren, Amanda McGlone Whitehead, Andrea McGlone Brown, Todd and Wes Bratcher, LeAnn Coy, and Jamie Langford Sanders;fifteen great-grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Bobby Joe, Walter, Obie, Irvine & James Worthington, and three sisters, Imogene Hart, Anna Wilma Coffman, and Louise Douglas and two grandchildren Rob Langford and Amy McGlone South.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, KY, with Bettie Ann Lampkin officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.

Pallbearers: Joe Wright, Kyle R. Langford, Briar Sanders, Wayne Hager, Junior Worthington, Danny Coffman, and Ponch Langford.

Honorary Pallbearers: All caregivers, staff and residents of The Willows in Harrodsburg and all Heritage Hospice Staff.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 8th from 11AM - 1PM, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
