Jonathan Victor Lovingood, age 22, boyfriend of Angela Veshia, of Nicholasville KY died Thursday, December 4, 2025 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington KY, after sustaining injuries in a car accident. Born December 19, 2002 in Knoxville, TN, to James “Vic” (Sharon) Lovingood and Susan Blair. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church and was a dedicated parts salesman for Central Equipment in Lexington KY.

Jonathan graduated in 2021 from Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville, TN. He proudly went on to serve in the US Army and admired all veterans. Jonathan loved history, animals, driving cars on “The Tail of the Dragon” in Tennessee, climbing trees, anything outdoors, bagels, flamingos and most of all his family.

He is survived by; his father and stepmother, Vic (Sharon) Lovingood and mother Susan Blair; one brother: Jeremy Lovingood; half siblings, Brandon Fordham, Hemi Demoss and Cameron Tiller; girlfriend, Angela Veshia and family; grandmother, Catherine Braden; grandfathers, Mike Blair and Jim Braden; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew.

Funeral Service will be 1pm Tuesday December 9, 2025 at Mt. Pleasant Church, 446 Mt. Pleasant Road, Harrodsburg KY 40330 with Derek Baker Officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm at Mt. Pleasant Church.

Pallbearers: Brandon Fordham, Jeremy Lovingood, Chase DeMoss, Robert Truxall, Brandon Hurst andThomas Stanfield.
