Barbara Haggard, 81, Harrodsburg, KY, died Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Heritage Hall Care Center in Lawrenceburg. Born April 26, 1944, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis "J.L" and Anna Pearl (Downey) Tyler. She was a Forklift Operator for American Greetings and was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter: Kim (Doug) Anderson of Salvisa, KY; four Grandchildren: Jeremy VanWinkle, Ashley (Bryan) Wethington, Tyler (Mattison) Barnett and Jerrod (Baylea) Anderson; eight great grandchildren, two sisters: Alice (Eddie) Sherrow and Linda (Boone) Readnower. Barbara was preceded in death by a son, Chad Barnett, by her brother Edwin Tyler and a grandson, Justin Van Winkle.
