André S. Mugnier, 53, of Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Colleen (Fina) Mugnier, died Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. André was born September 10, 1972, in Boston, MA. He was the son of Clifford Mugnier of Baton Rouge, LA, and the late Diane Mars of New Orleans, LA.

André was a retired Special Agent for the FBI with over 20 years of service. During his tenure, he served as a Bomb Technician and Counter-Terrorism Agent, conducting operations globally. He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Danville, KY. In retirement, he pursued woodworking and knifemaking and prioritized his role as the "cool Uncle" to his 15 nieces and nephews.

Survivors include: his wife of 19 years, Colleen; his father, Clifford; two sisters, Monique Mugnier and Alyce Marie Mugnier Jaramillo; and three brothers, Jacques, Ted, and Philippe Mugnier.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 117 W. Main St., Danville, KY, with Fr. Danny Schwendeman officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Danville, KY.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 16, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, KY.

Pallbearers: Jacques Mugnier, Ted Mugnier, Philippe Mugnier, David Jaramillo, Charles Gallagher, and Brian Cullen.
