Stephen H. “Steve” Johnson, 59, Harrodsburg, KY, died Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville. Born November 28, 1966, in Madison County, he was the son of Beverly (Underwood) Patton and the late Clarence Johnson. Steve was in Hotel and Restaurant Management for Holiday Inn and other chains. Steve was a proud member of The Carpenter's Christian Church.

Survivors include: his mother: Beverly (Underwood) Patton; one son: Aaron "Boomer" (Donya Tinchner) Johnson of Richmond, KY; one sister: Nancy (Gary) Yeager of Harrodsburg, KY; Step Mother, Terisha Johnson of Jeffersonville, IN; two Grandchildren, Gracelyn Johnson and Leighton Johnson and Lots Of Aunts, Uncles , Nieces , Nephews, and Cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday February 16 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, and conducted by Greg Warren and John Kesel. Private burial will take place in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will also be 11 am - 1 pm Monday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
