Teresa Rakes Lewis, 51, Harrodsburg, KY, died Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Born June 29, 1975, in Point Pleasant, WV, she was the daughter of Laura (Jerry) Snow, Harrodsburg, KY, and the late Darrell Rakes. Teresa was a member of the House of Praise Church in Lawrenceburg, KY, and had worked at Hitachi and Trim Masters.

Survivors other than her mother include: her fiance of 15 years, David Florian, Harrodsburg, KY; a son, Jordan Walker, TX; a daughter, Jessica (Patrick) Holt, Mercer Co., KY; three brothers, Terry Lee Gribbins, Christopher Wayne Gribbins, and Brian Scott Gribbins, all of Harrodsburg, KY; two grandchildren, Anna Leigh Conley and Corbin Holt, and was expecting her third, Parker Holt; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kayla Marie Rakes, and a grandchild, Nathan Holt.

Funeral services will be 3:30 PM, Monday, July 6, 2026, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Ryan Wilson. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 PM, Monday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.

Pallbearers are: Jason Brammer, Ben and Bobby Bradley, Chris and Brian Gribbins, and Aaron Moberly.
