Margaret Ann Logue, age 71, Harrodsburg, widow of Harold D. Logue, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born November 27, 1938 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Davis Hyte and Louise Jones Ashford. Margaret was a Sunday School Teacher and Church Pianist for many years. She was a retired secretary for Mercer County School System and a member of the Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include: two daughters: Terrie (Bobby) Long, and Sharon (Stanley) Shackelford both of Harrodsburg, and one son: Greg (Karen) Logue of Lincoln County, three sisters: Joe Ellen (Don) Horn, Janet (Mickey) Gilliland both of Harrodsburg, Yvonne (Steven) Fox of Shelbyville, and one brother: James H. (Ann) Ashford of Harrodsburg, thirteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by David Crowe with Bruner's Chapel Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Nathan Shackelford, Jason Logue, Jesse Logue, Heather Sanders, Brittany Long, Mandy Long, Holly Moore, Kelsea Logue, Lindsay Logue, Jordan Logue, Nathan Love, Justin Love and Chris Douglas. Honorary bearers: members of the Caring Hearts Sunday School Class. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church, Bldg. Fund, Mackville Rd., Harrodsburg, KY 40330
