Mary Lillian McCrosky, age 86, Harrodsburg, widow of Cecil McCrosky, died Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born August 4, 1924 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Ezra and Virgil (Burton) Patterson. She was a retired Cricketeer Mfg. Co. employee and a member of the Joseph Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include: four daughters: Patty (Russell) Brock, Betty (James) Goodlett, Lynn (John David) Lane, Karen (Thomas) Powell and one son: Richard (Dee Dee) McCrosky, a sister: Velois (Jack) Garriott, a Sister in Law: Vera Patterson, all of Mercer County, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers: Claude & Houston Patterson.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 10 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John David Lane with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Patrick Brock, Chris Goodlett, Jonathan Lane, Joseph Lane, Paul Richie, Levi Brock. Honorary bearers: Stephanie Brock, Kristi Richie, Samantha McCrosky, Molly McCrosky.
Visitation will be Monday, May 9 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, Mercer County Humane Society or Heritage Hospice.
