Marilyn Russell Tuggle, 44, Harrodsburg, married to Roger Tuggle, died Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington.
Born June 2, 1966 in Harrodsburg, to the late Marvin and Blonetta (Sims) Russell. She was married to Roger Tuggle for 24 years. She was the owner and operator of Tuggle Barber Shop for 25 years, and a member of the Southland Christian Church.
Survivors include: her husband: Roger Tuggle, a daughter: Tori Shay Tuggle and three sons: Waylon Tuggle, Grabriel Tuggle of Harrodsburg and Cody Tuggle of Kandahar, Afghanistan; a brother: Rex Russell of Mitchellsburg, KY.
Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Sunday, May 29 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Derrick Baker. Burial will be in the Deep Creek Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Steve Hardin, Glenn Hardin, Randy Sims, Jamey Yaste, Terry McElroy, Timmy McElroy, Paul Collier and Jerry Mattingly.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 28 from 5-8 pm at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Relay for Life or Southland Christian Church.
