Frances McCormick, age 83, 420 S. Lakemont Ave., Winter Park, FL, died Friday, June 3, 2011 at her home Born September 30, 1927 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Clarence and Clara Mae (Hendren) Steele. She was a retired sales clerk. Survivors include: two daughters, Debi (Marty) Steinbrecher of Highland, CA, Misty (Andy) Nicholas of CO; three sons, Jim (Cherli) Devine of College Park, FL, Charles Devine of CA, Richard (Kathy) McCormick of Winter Park, FL; four sisters, Loretta Hammons of Crestview, KY, Annetta Mobley of OH, Margaret Steele of Lexington, KY, Linda Lingenfelter of Richmond, KY; two brothers, Leonard Steele of Harrodsburg, KY, and Eugene Steele of OH; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Eugene Hammons, Charles Devine, Marty Steinbrecher, Jeffrey Eastin, John Roach, and David Cheak. Visitation will be Thursday, June 9 from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to Mercer Co.
