Clyde H. Demaree, age 90, Danville, husband of Helen Thomas Demaree, died Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the Charleston Health Care Center, Danville.
Born March 19, 1921 in Harrodsburg, KY, to the late Clyde and Elsie (Burrus) Demaree. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II in the South Pacific. He was a retired technician with South Central Bell. He was the brother of Lavern Lawson and Arnetta Clark.
Survivors include: his wife: Helen Demaree, a daughter: Betty Ann McAnley of Frankfort; three Grandchildren, Chris (Lezli) Mattingly, Tammy Graham and Misty (James) Rose and there Great Great Grandsons: Zach Mattingly, Richard Graham and Ethan Rose.
Private services will be conducted at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
