Anthany Logan Smith, infant son of Ashley Dawn Peach, Willisburg, and Ralph Lee Smith, Perryville, died Friday, July 8, 2011, at the UK Medical Center, Lexington.
Other survivors include: maternal grandmother, Christy Dawn Peach, Willisburg; paternal grandparents, Rhonda Smith, Perryville, and Anthany Smith, Harrodsburg; paternal great grandmother, Sylvia Arnold, Perryville. He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Nancy Yocum, Charles Peach, and Ronnie Arnold.
Funeral services 1 PM Thur. at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Harley with burial in the Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation after 10 AM Thursday.
