Sophia D. Ammons, age 19, Harrodsburg, KY died Saturday, October 15, 2011, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born August 15, 1992 in Fayetteville, NC, she was the daughter of Paul D. and Phillita Jill Wafford Ammons of Harrodsburg.
Other survivors include: two sisters: Sarah Gabrielle Alva Tarie Ammons of Harrodsburg, and Mary Marie Brown Rhorer; maternal grandmother, Pat Wafford of Danville, paternal grandparents, Joe & Janice Ammons of Harrodsburg, several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. She was predeceased by a brother: Andrew Jacob Phillip David Ammons and maternal grandfather: Phillip Wafford.
A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Friday (Oct. 21, 2011) at the Worldtown Church of God, Worldtown Road, Junction City. Ransdell Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
