Rosalinde K. Ruehs, age 71, Harrodsburg, wife of Paul A. Ruehs, died Mon., Jan. 23, 2012, at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born Nov. 9, 1940 in Schweinfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Lorenz and Matildia Dammert. She was a retired school teacher, a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Wayne, NJ, and had been a volunteer for Wayne Humane organizations.
Other survivors include: three sons, Erich L. (Angie) Ruehs of Harrodsburg, Karl F. Ruehs of Phoenix, AZ, and Paulie (Ipek) Ruehs of Mt. Airy, MD; one sister, Margaret Lisowski of Chicago, IL; one brother, Arthur Dammert of Switzerland; three grandchildren, Carter, Natalie, & Sean Ruehs.
Memorial Mass to be held at a later date.
Visitation will be Tues., Jan. 24, 2012, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, with Prayer Service at 5:30 PM.
