Linda "Sue" Baker, 73, Harrodsburg, died Sunday at the Charleston Health Care Center, Danville. Born March 5,1943, in Harrodsburg, to the late Scott Coplin and Opal Paralee (Graves) Montgomery.
She was a Clerk for the Mercer County Sheriff and & Librarian for Mercer Elementary School. Sue was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
She is survived by: three sons: Scott (Trisha) Baker of Harrodsburg, Sean (Lisa) Baker of Manassas, VA and Tom (Pam) Baker of Tuscaloosa, AL, one sister: Pearl Sexton of Harrodsburg, and two brothers: Billy (Alice) Montgomery of Harrodsburg and Donnie Montgomery of Dallas, TX, five grandchildren; Bryant (Hanna) Baker, Jonathon Baker, Maggie Baker, Gaige & Garyn Mosley, two great grandchildren. Sue was preceded in death by her Brother, Scott C. Montgomery, Jr.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7pm with a Memorial Service at 7 pm, conducted by Greg Warren, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
