Linda Lee Downs, 72, Lawrenceburg, KY, wife of John Allen Downs, died Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Ctr., Frankfort, KY. Born June 14, 1950, in Johnstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Deloris McEwan.She was a retired Home Healthcare Nurses Aide.
Other survivors include: four daughters, Sheila Robinson of Versailles, KY, Ronda (Keith) Dick of Lawrenceburg, KY, Christine (Bill) Bellenbaum of OR and Misty Dawn Huff of Keene, KY; five sons, Ronald Retallack of Willisburg, KY, James Baldwin of LaGrange, KY, Sean Baldwin, of MD, Mark Allen Huff of Cynthiana, KY, Michael Allen (Ashleigh) Downs of Georgetown, KY and Bobby Wayne Richie of Danville, KY; two sisters, Carol McEwan of PA and Kathy McEwan of NC; one brother: Wayne McEwan of PA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 PM, Monday, June 12, 2023, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Terry Jenkins. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 12 PM - 2 PM Monday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
