Ella Frances Yankey, 95, Harrodsburg, KY, widow of William Garland Yankey, died Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at the Baptist Health, Lexington, KY. Born September 9, 1927, in Mercer Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Philip Francis and Flora Evangeline (Hogue) Keller. She was a retired Clerk for the City of Harrodsburg and was a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church
Survivors include: two grandchildren, Phillip Zachary Jordan Yankey and Ansley Paige Yankey Bugg; one sister, Norma Jean Nelson; one brother, Joseph Holeman Keller; daughter-in-law, Susan Yankey Schuster; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, William Dwight Yankey, and three siblings, Edith Hazel Burgin, Violet Rose Proffit, and Philip Norris Keller.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 26, 2023, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Matthew Riley. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 11 am until 2 pm, Monday, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers are: Zachary Yankey, Mark Schuster, Bill Burgin, Jeff Noel, Charles Terry, and Terry Montgomery.
