Michael Walker “Mike” Green, age 75, Husband of Rebecca Green, of Harrodsburg died Sunday, February 18, 2024 at home. Mike was born January 12, 1949 in Jessamine County, KY. He is the son of Mayme (Corman) Green and the late C.W. Green. He was a retired employee of Modine. Mike was a army veteran and a member of Burgin Baptist church. He loved all things outdoors, fishing (especially in Alabama) and mowing.
Mike is survived by his wife: Rebecca (Lay) Green; one son: Paul (Mona) Green of Bardstown, KY; his mother Mayme (Coreman) Green; one sister: Donna Conn of Burgin, KY; His four grandchildren: Abby (Brandon) Price, Logan Green, Sarah Green, Gabriel Green; one Great Grandson; Carson Price.
The funeral will be held at 2pm Friday February 23, 2024, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY with John David Lay officiating. Burial will follow at Burgin Memorial Garden. Visitation will be from 10am-2pm Friday February 23, 2024.
Pallbearers: Harold Godby, Roddy Williams, Jarrod Conn, Tristan Hall, Logan Green and Brandon Price. Honorary Pallbearers: Justin Southworth, Richard Green, Julian Hall, Kevin Arrasmith and Tim Middleton.
