Obituary of Patsy Proctor Burton

Patsy Burton, age 82, of Taylorsville, KY, wife of William Alvin Burton, died Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at her home. Patsy was born December 9, 1941 in Harrodsburg, KY, to the late Paul Proctor and Betty Camic. Patsy was a homemaker and was a member of the Bohon Church of Christ. She was a dog lover, enjoyed gardening and was an avid fisherman along with her husband. She is survived by her husband: William Alvin Burton; one daughter, Jennifer Anne Burton of Louisville, KY and two sons, Jerry Burton of Mt. Eden, KY and Terry Burton of Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony & Ronnie Proctor. The funeral will be held 1:30 pm on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY, with John Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Bohon Church Of Christ Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Saturday, February 24th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Sunday, February 25th from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at Ransdell’s.
