Laura Breeding, age 94, 777 Cane Run, Harrodsburg, widow of Walter Kelly Breeding, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY. Born February 18, 1916 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Willie Mae Isham. She was a retired Thrifty Store clerk and was a member of the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church. Survivors include: one daughter, Dianne (Paul) Peters of Lexington, KY; two sons, Kelly (Margaret) Breeding and Tom (Gayle) Breeding, both of Harrodsburg, KY; one brother, J. W. Isham of Bowling Green, KY; five grandchildren, Stephanie Zullo, Laurie Dunning, Walter Breeding,Whitney (Andy) Breeding Dienger, and Sean Featheringill; seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Royalty. Funeral services will be 2:30 PM, Sunday, March 14, at the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church by Ken Klemme. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Sean Featheringill, Walter Breeding, Ron Grote, Drew Horner, Jeff Middaugh, Jay Shewmaker, Lee Horner, and Andy Dienger. Honorary bearers are Janice Yount, Howard Nichols, Berdine White, Peggy Edgington. Visitation will be Saturday, March 13 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to Heritage Hospice, P.O. Box 1213, Danville, KY 40422 or the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church, 102 South Chiles Street, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
