Venetta M. Springate, age 90, widow of John Edward Springate, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Sayre Christian Village, Lexington, KY.
Born September 22, 1919 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert Charles, "R.C." and Flora (Bruner) Bottom. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include: one son: Tony E. Springate of Lexington, KY, Eight Grandchildren, and Sixteen Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Judy Catherine Springate, and three sisters: Ressie Bailey, Ava Elliott and Nellie Lester.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Friday, March 19 at the Spring Hill Cemetery by Bill Miller.
