Elizabeth Ann Rawlings, age 84, 675 East Office Street, Harrodsburg, widow of Paul Rawlings, died Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. Born November 1, 1925 in Versailles, KY, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Mary Elizabeth (Thomas) Roberts. She was a homemaker and a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church. Survivors include: two sons, Billy Lewis (Garnetta) Rawlings of Harrodsburg, KY, and Johnny Lynn (Patty) Rawlings of Harrodsburg, KY; one sister, Patsy Mitchell of Midway, KY; one brother, Tommy Roberts of Nicholasville, KY; three grandchildren, Chris Rawlings, Danny Rawlings, and Paula Russell; six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Lee Rawlings. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, May 3, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Robert Defoor, Wayne Spivey & Brad King. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are Buddy Shirley, Chris Rawlings, Danny Rawlings, Tim Russell, Billy Dunaway, and Larry S. Camic. Honorary bearers are Paula Russell, Julie Rawlings, Stephanie Rawlings, Beth Russell, Allison Rawlings, Emily Rawlings, Kelsey Stephens, Teagan Rawlings, Chesney Rawlings, Mercer Co. Adult Daycare, and Heritage Hospice Staff. Visitation will be Sunday, May 2, from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to Heritage Hospice or Mercer Co. Adult Daycare.
