Terri Lynn Hurley, age 44, Buster Pike, Harrodsburg, died Saturday, July 3, 2010.Born June 4, 1966 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of Harold and Patricia Ann (Lively) Hurley, Harrodsburg. She was a graduate of Hurley High School in Virginia where she played basketball & set a state record by scoring 60 points in a single game. She attended Concord College on a Basketball Scholarship. Terri loved horses and UK Basketball, was an American Water Co. meter reader and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors other than her parents include: one brother, James Harold Hurley of Burgin, KY; a maternal grandmother, Nancy Lively of Defiance, OH; a paternal grandmother, Freddia Hurley of Hurley, VA; one nephew, James Brandon Hurley; several aunts, uncles, & cousins; and her beloved dog, Lucy.Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 8, 2010, at the Immanuel Baptist Church by Harold Best. Burial will be in the Burgin Memorial Garden.Visitation will be Wednesday, July 7 after 5:00 PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church, Danville, KY.Memorial contributions may be sent to Charity of One's Choice.
