Obituary of Betty Meredith Trayner

Betty Meredith Trayner, age 75, Harrodsburg, wife of Ralph E. Trayner, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at her home. Born November 21, 1934 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late J.T. and Fayrene Roberts Meredith. She was a homemaker and also owned and operated Betty's Fabric Shop in Versailles for several years. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday School, Bible School and was a Choir member for many years. Other survivors include, two sons: Chip Trayner, and Mark Trayner both of Harrodsburg, Grandchildren: Shane Trayner, Seth Trayner and Chelsie Trayner. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 13 by Robert L. Barton at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Seth Trayner, Shane Trayner, Brian Kelty, Bobby Catlett, Johnny Preston, Damon Preston, and Dan Walls. Visitation will be Monday, July 12 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 801 S.
