Elaine Settle, age 57, Louisville Rd., Harrodsburg, wife of David Thomas Settle, died Monday, August 2, 2010 at her home.
Born January 26, 1953 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Zelma (Brown) Reed. She was a retired Modine Mfg. employee and was a member of Harrodsburg Community Church.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Kellie C. Frederick of Harrodsburg, KY, and Heather Bramer of Frankfort, KY; one son, Russell Reed Cox of Lexington, KY; one brother, John "Skeeter" Reed of Harrodsburg, KY; a Special Friend, Shanda Dean; five grandchildren, Trevor & Rhianna Frederick, Jacob Price, Alena Cox, and Savannah Bramer.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Wed., Aug. 4, 2010 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Terry Morrison. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation 10 AM Wed., Ransdell's
Pallbearers are: Carter Cox, Jeff Price, Chuck Settle, Billy Jack Frederick, Trevor Frederick, and George Smith.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Galilean Home, Central KY Christian School, or Pregnancy Resource Center.
