Amy Elizabeth Demaree, 94, Louisville, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of Robert K. Demaree, died Sunday, August 1, 2010 at her home in Louisville, KY.
Born September 3, 1915 in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lee O. and Maude (McGinnis) Million. She was a homemaker and a member of the Beargrass Christian Church and was a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church before moving to Louisville.
Survivors include: a daughter: Patsy Demaree Middleton of Louisville and a son: Robert Lee Demaree of Louisville; granddaughter, Wendy Lyn Demaree (Tim) Flowers. She was predeceased by her Daughter-in-law, Janet Carolyn Demaree;
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 5 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Mark Thompson. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Glendon Demaree, Bob Peyton, Huntley Royalty, Tim Flowers, Howard Flowers, Bill Ward and Phillip Dadisman.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 4 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
