Marie Hawkins, age 89, 200 Walnut St, Salvisa, KY died Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born August 9, 1920 in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late James Bond and Ida Lee (Beasley) Nelson. She was a retired caregiver and was a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by a step-son: Darryl Hawkins, Anderson County.
Graveside services will be conducted by Stewart Dawson, 10 am Friday, August 6 at the Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa.
