Obituary of Robert "Butch" Warren

Robert "Butch" Warren, age 71, Owenton, formerly of Mercer Co., husband wife of Joyce Ransdell Warren, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010.
Born March 13, 1939 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late Herbert Ellis and Elizabeth (Powell) Warren. He was a retired Kentucky Dept. of Education employee and was a member of the Grant Co. Church of Christ.
Other Survivors include: one daughter, Susan (David) McKee of Shelbyville, KY; two sons, Keith (Pattie) Warren of Atwood, OK, and John (Kim) Warren of Mercer Co., KY; one sister, Peggy Roark of Harrodsburg, KY; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Evan Hardison.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Mike Justice and Jerry Carmichael. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa.
Pallbearers are Keith, John, Samuel, and John Morgan Warren, Jeremy White, Ricky Peyton, Ron Gastineau, and David McKee. Honorary bearers are Ashley Fields, Amanda Royalty, Emily Smith, Gloria Manuel, and Erin Warren.
Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Tuesday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Owenton Church of Christ.
