Obituary of Bobby C. Taylor

Bobby C. Taylor, husband of Rebecca Brown Taylor, Harrodsburg, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2011, at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg. Born February 5, 1939, in Mercer Co., he was the son of the late Sanford C. and Myrtle Lambert Taylor. He was a Saddlebred horse breeder, a former Proctor and Gamble employee, and was a member of the Grapevine Christian Church. Other survivors include: one daughter, Karen Taylor Johnson, Lexington, one brother, Donald Eugene Taylor, Lexington; one sister, Lorraine Tackett, Danville; one grandchild, Taylor Johnson. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Ricky and Daryl Catlett. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation 5 - 8 PM Sunday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers are Chuck Bugg, Arthur Brown, Bob Holland, Casey Crabtree, Marion Rogers Jr., and Don Allen. Honorary bearers are Stanley Riney, Bill Hollar, Danny Noel, and Albert Woodrum. Memorial contributions may be sent to Heritage Hospice, P.O.
