Ralph E. Ransdell, age 72, Salvisa, widower of Beatrice Cosby Ransdell, died Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born August 9, 1938 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Samuel Julian and Flora Etta Walters Ransdell. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Christian Church.
Survivors include: one brother, C. H. (Sandra) Ransdell of Indianapolis, IN, two nieces: Roxanna (George) Moody and Kathleen (Mark) French; one great nephew, Mitchell French.
A Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 5, 2011, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Visitation is 12 noon until the hour of service.
Memorials are suggested to one's favorite charity.
