Edith Bradford Price, age 79, Harrodsburg, widow of Clayton Bradford and Bill Price, died Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born August 17, 1931 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Lillie Mae (Warner) Jenkins. She was a retired Registered Nurse from the Emergency Department at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and The James B. Haggin Hospital. Edith received her Associates Degree in nursing from Midway College and was a member of The Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include: her daughter: Tammi Bradford (Darren) Wilkerson of Harrodsburg, KY and son: Terry Bradford of Charlotte, NC; Four Grandchildren, Kevin Wilkerson, Michelle Bradford (Scott) Clay, Clay Bradford and Nikki Bradford; a Great Granddaughter, Jordan Clay; and Several Nieces & Nephews. She was predeceased by a brother: James Lynden Jenkins. Funeral services will be 2 PM, Wednesday, February 16 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Harley and Hilary Claypool. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Richard Fincher, Mac Crowe, Vic Smith, Jeff Moberly and P.J. Feistritzer. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 15 from 5-8 pm and Wednesday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
