Richard Gene Curtsinger, 72, Harrodsburg, husband of Beverly Devine Curtsinger, died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg.
Born February 23, 1938 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late Cleo and Grace (Farney) Curtsinger. He was a retired maintenance supervisor at Corning Glass and a member and elder of the Berea Christian Church.
Survivors include: his wife: Beverly (Devine) Curtsinger, one daughter: Shea (Clint) Harmon, two sons: Shawn (Crystal) Curtsinger and Mark (Brandy) Curtsinger; four Grandchildren, Amanda, Morgan and Ethan Curtsinger and Avery Harmon all of Harrodsburg.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 20 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John Westerfield and Harley Humfleet. Burial will be in the Berea Christian Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers are: Tommy Reynolds, Ronnie Allen, Tom Nichols, Donnie Lawson, Floyd Shirley and Dennis Holiday. Honorary Bearers are: Ben Black, Donnie Tatum and Carlos Lester.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 19 from 5-8pm and Sunday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
