Tony Phillips, age 65, Harrodsburg, husband of Sharon Gross Phillips, died Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg.
Born June 1, 1945 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late George R. and Dorothy (Steele) Phillips. He was a retail store clerk.
Survivors include: his wife: Sharon(Gross) Phillips, five daughters: Shona Roshea Hibbs of Lawrenceburg, Angel Renee Briese of Harrodsburg, Nicholene Brook Rice of Harrodsburg, Jessica Leigh Phillips of Harrodsburg and Lea Bridgett Phillips of Harrodsburg; two sisters: Geraldine(Bob) DeVary of Hodgenville and Brenda(Wayne) Steele of Harrodsburg and three brothers: Donnie Phillips of Harrodsburg, Ronnie(Linda) Phillips of Harrodsburg and George(Margaret) Phillips of Louisville; was predeceased by a son: Tony Waylon Phillips and a sister: Barbara Jean Hall.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Monday, April 11 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel and burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Ethan Claunch, Jason Briese, David Rice, David Pike, Keith Hall and Wayne Steele.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 10 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
