Larry Dale Isham, age 57, Mackville, husband of Wanda Carol Leigh Isham, died Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born August 17, 1953 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of Lovie Jewel Burns Isham and the late Arlie Bishop Isham. He was a Boyle County Detention Center officer and a member of the New Harmony Baptist Church and the NRA. Other survivors include: a sister: Lana (Will) McGinnis of Harrodsburg, step daughter: Nikki (Michael) Ellison of Stanford, step son: Jonathan (Kelly) Tillett of Danville, step grandchild: Levi Ellison. He was predeceased by brothers: Verlin, Buford, & Conrad Isham.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Monday, May 9 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Barry Harmon with burial in the Battle Cemetery, Washington County.
Pallbearers are: Tony Young, Rory Click, Junior Walls, Bruce Sims, John Terrell and Jeff Bradley.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 8 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society or New Harmony Baptist Church.
