WILLIAM FOREST WHEELER
William Forest Wheeler, 60, 1471 Dry Branch Road, Harrodsburg, husband of Mary Emily Cornish Wheeler, died Monday, December 22, 2003 at his residence.
Born February 11, 1943 in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Forest and Virginia McCrystal Wheeler.
He was a self-employed farmer and member of the bethel Cumberland Presbyterian # 1 Church.
Survivors other than his wife include: a son Travis and his wife Linda Wheeler, Harrodsburg, three sisters, Barbara Rankin, Redwing, Minnesota, Lavern Isham, Harrodsburg, and Peggy Peavler, Lexington; a granddaughter, Rachel Wheeler and a grandson, Ben Wheeler. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Lee Wheeler and a sister, Patsy Trayner
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, December 27th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Johnny Hockersmith. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Tim Russell, Brent Logue, Darrell Ward, Virgil Monroe, Earl Hungate, Jr., Pat Drury, Bruce Noel and James H. Ashford. Honorary bearers will be Carroll Drury, Kenny Sims, Robin Peavler, Randy Conley, Chuck Tyler, Eddie Horn, and J. D. Parhan.
Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Friday and after 7:30 am Saturday at the Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Heritage Hospice, Post Office Box 1213, Danville, Kentucky 40423.
