William Garland Cash, age 74, Harrodsburg, KY, died Thursday, October 20, 2011, at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY.
Born July 19, 1937 in Marion, KY, he was the son of the late Homer and Ruby Maxfield Cash. He served during Vietnam war in the U S Army. He was a retired from the Corp. of Engineers.
Survivors include: wife: Shirley Proctor, one daughter: Kimberly Cash Peterson of Paducah, one sister: Connie Perryman of Marion, Grandchildren: Brandi Cash, Sierra Mason, Ashton Huffman, Rachael Huffman, and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by five siblings: James Ray, John Ed Cash, Willene Cash, Pauline Conyer and Louise Larue.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, (CST) Saturday, October 22 at the Myers Funeral Home with burial in the Salem Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, October 21 from 5 - 8 PM (EST) at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, with Masonic Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation at the Myers Funeral Home after 10:00 AM (CST) Saturday.
