Margarette Jane Murphy, age 90, Harrodsburg, widow of Virgil Murphy, died Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born March 20, 1921 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Hollie (Chumley) Nichols. She was a retired Modine factory worker and was a member of the Bethel #1 Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Wanda Dean of Harrodsburg, KY; two grandchildren, Jane Campbell and Kimberly Gorham; 3 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
No visitation. No service.
Arrangements by Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
