Christopher L. Phillips, 37, Lexington, husband of Patty Maupin Phillips, Lexington, died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY.
Born February 1, 1974 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of Charles Hayden Phillips and Trudy Reed (John) Cavins.
Survivors in addition to his parents and wife include: two daughters, Josalyn Phillips, Lexington, and Paige Phillips, Indianapolis; half brother, John Cavins. He was preceded in death by a son, Jacob Phillips, and a brother, Charles Kevin Phillips.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Sunday, November 6 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Kenny Queener. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Robert Phillips, John Phillips, Cameron Phillips, John Cavins, Varney Reed, Tanner Reed and Derrick Chapman.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 6 from 1 PM until hour of service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
