Obituary of Nellie Morea VanMeter

Nellie Morea VanMeter, age 90, Versailles, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of Dorsey Bradford, Landon Daugherty and James S. VanMeter, died Saturday, February 4, 2012, at the Heritage Hall Care Center, Lawrenceburg, KY.
Born December 25, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Neff and Bertie (Jones) Clark. She was a retired Progressive Farmer Magazine salesperson and a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sons: Ronald Bradford of Harrodsburg and James M. Bradford of Louisville; one brother: Charles Clark of Lawrenceburg; Five Grandchildren: Michael Bradford, Chris Bradford, Lorissa Smith, Jamie Bradford and Lisa Bradford; Eight Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandchild. Predeceased by; Landa Tackett, Dorsey Bradford, three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Tuesday, February 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by George Dye and burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Michael Bradford, Brian Justice, Kyle Porteous, Chris Bradford, Travis Bradford and Andrew Bradford.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7 from 10 AM until the service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Cardinal Hill, Versailles Police Dept. or Kids Christmas Fund.
